Grimsby Town boss Paul Hurst has been named as the ‘Manager of the Month’ for November in the Skrill Premier.
The Mariners won all three of their league games, including victories at Woking and Tamworth on the road before a home success over Barnet.
That took them to fourth position in the table, but fans will remember the month for an incredible FA Cup victory over local rivals Scunthorpe United.
Hurst’s side produced a goalless draw at home in the First Round tie, before going to Glanford Park in the replay and winning 2-1.
A draw in their FA Trophy tie at Coalville Town on the final weekend ensured they remained unbeaten throughout the period.
Guiseley’s Mark Bower is the Skrill North ‘Manager of the Month’ for November.
Taking over the managerial responsibilities at Nethermoor in September, it’s taken hardly any time for Bower to start producing results for the Lions.
The month included an unbeaten league run and an FA Trophy win at Yorkshire rivals FC Halifax Town.
Bower’s side start December in eleventh place in the table and ten points off the play-off positions.
Steve Brown from Ebbsfleet United is the Skrill South ‘Manager of the Month’ for November.
The Fleet won all three of their league games during the month, conceding just one goal in the process.
They also progressed through two rounds of the FA Trophy with a victory over local rivals Bromley and a 3-0 win over Gloucester City.
That made it a 100% month for boss Brown, who is in his first season at Stonebridge Road.

The defender made a key contribution to the Pilgrims’ excellent form during the month with three goals – including winners at home to Colwyn Bay in the league and away at Southport in the FA Trophy. United now sit fifth in the table.
Ebbsfleet United’s Michael Thalassitis (pictured) has been named the Skrill South ‘Player of the Month’ for November.
The forward scored four vital goals in five games for Fleet as they registered a 100% record during the period.
The award makes it a November `double` for the Stonebridge Road side as boss Steve Brown scooped the managerial honour.
