Official: Sam Togwell leaves Barnet

Barnet Football Club can confirm Sam Togwell has joined Eastleigh for £20,000.
Togwell, 32, joined the Bees ahead of the 2014/15 season as we won the Vanarama Conference for a record-breaking third time.
In total he made 99 appearances for Barnet, 14 of which came this season.
Interim manager Rossi Eames said: "Sam goes with our respect and gratitude.
"He has been a fantastic servant for the club the past three seasons, been an integral part of the championship winning season and a top professional and person.
"As we all understand football evolves and we will look to strengthen in January with a recruitment process in full swing."

Henry Newman added: "We are looking to build a team with a young average age, which was evident in the line-up for last weekend’s win at Yeovil Town when the average age of the starting XI was two years younger than in previous weeks.

"The club has a clear long term strategy of looking to build a younger team to enable us to progress as high up the table and leagues as possible.

"We have a strong core to the team, which will be added to in January. Recruitment planning has been ongoing in the background, and business will be done in the coming weeks.

"This, coupled with an ongoing process of developing and blooding our younger players in and around the first team, will leave the team and the club in a stronger position to grow the club in the way we all want to see it grow.

"The target is to build a squad with a younger average age, while retaining some of the invaluable experience we have with some of our core senior players at the club.

"We are acutely aware of the importance of getting the balance of youth and experience to the squad right, and Rossi and I will be ensuring that all of our actions are taken with this at the forefront of the decision making process."

Everyone at Barnet Football Club would like to wish Sam the best for the future.Â
