Season Ticket Update for the 2023/24 Season

In response to some frequent questions regarding the renewal of Season Tickets for the 2023/24 season, we have outlined the below.

1. If you bought a season ticket last season and got another for free, the free ticket will expire on 30^th June at midnight. This is the same for multiple free tickets on one account.

2. All free tickets that expire will hold a 1 week grace period to re-buy them.

3. If a FREE ticket holder wishes to retain their seat and create a “paid” membership, they will need to go online to barnetfc.com/tickets/ST2324 from 01 July 2023 where they can sign up for a new membership in their seat of choice. To avoid disappointment, they will have to act fast from 01 July 2023.

4. Existing season ticket holders who have AUTORENEW selected will retain their seat. The newly published ticket prices will apply from 01 July 2023 and will automatically renew on these terms.

5. Existing season ticket holders who do not have AUTORENEW selected will need to log in to their account, select “My Automatic Renewals” and ensure the “Automatically Renew” checkbox is selected to switch on AUTORENEW or your season ticket will expire after 12 months from the date it was taken out.

6. If you select AUTORENEW, it will look like the free tickets will also AUTORENEW but do not worry! We will manually expire them in line with point 1 above.

7. If you have multiple tickets on your account which were purchased in one order, you only need to AUTORENEW the one order to renew all the tickets.

8. If you have multiple tickets on your account which were purchased in one order and you don’t want to renew all of them, make sure AUTORENEW is NOT selected. You will then receive an email 30 days before expiration with a link to renew. It is here that you can select which ones you want to renew.

9. If you have multiple tickets on your account which were purchased in separate orders, you will need to AUTORENEW each order individually.

10. If you have previously paid in one amount and have AUTORENEW switched on, your season ticket will renew in the same way.

11. If you currently pay monthly and have AUTORENEW switched on, your season ticket will renew in the same way.

12. If you wish to change from pay in one amount to pay monthly or vice-versa, make sure AUTORENEW is NOT selected. You will then receive an email 30 days before expiration with a link to renew. It is here that you can choose a payment method online.

13. Please always ensure your payment card details are up to date.
