Congratulations to George Sykes who has been named as The Harpenden Construction Limited April 2014 Player of the Month for St Albans City.

The awards was presented to Sykes prior to Monday’s Skrill South match against Biggleswade Town and forward celebrated in style scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win.

The three points ensured the Saints moved to within 90 minutes of a play-off place and Sykes will be hoping to make a big impact if they secure a top five finish.
