UPDATE FROM THE TREATMENT ROOM

Barnet FC’s Head of Sports Science, Stuart Ayles, spoke to BarnetFC.com to provide fans with an update on the club’s latest injury news.

John Oster is progressing well from his calf strain which he picked up at Chesterfield and if all goes well we expect him back in training within the next 10 days.

Ishmail Kamara is now 2 weeks post surgery on his shoulder. He visited his surgeon during the week who reported back to us how pleased he was with Ishmails progress. Rehab is expected to take between 3 and 4 months.

Liam O’Brien continues to work well in rehab in his quest to overcome issues with his pelvis. This week Liam had an injection which we hope will settle down the problem.

During the week Collins John had an MRI scan in order to get to the bottom of  an on going problem and although nothing showed up which reacted to his symptoms further investigation is ongoing and we will update you all when within the next few weeks.

Luke Gambin sustained an ankle injury whilst playing for Hendon a couple of weeks ago and we are pleased to say he is speedily progressing back to fitness.

Last and no means least is Steve Kabba. Steve continues to impress us all in his quest to become pain free from his long term injury. His training work rate is admired by us all and we hope to see him back soon if things continue to go well.
