Welcome to Barnet, Jack Connors

The former Ebbsfleet full-back has trained with Beadle’s side throughout the latter parts of the summer and adds defensive reinforcement to our backline.

Connors joins the Bees with plenty of experience at non-league level and boosts Peter Beadle’s defensive options even further, following the summer signings of full-backs Dwight Pascal, Alexander McQueen and Jerome Binnom-Williams.

The 25-year-old rose through the ranks as a youth prospect at Dagenham and Redbridge before making 49 appearances in all competitions for the Daggers in the early part of his career.

During his time as a youngster at the East London club, Connors also spent time on loan at local sides Hendon and Boreham Wood. His next permanent move would see him join National League South side Ebbsfleet United, where he was an instrumental part of the Fleet side who achieved promotion to the National League in 2017.

He went onto to make a further 24 appearances for the Fleet in their first season back in the National League, before joining Dover Athletic in 2018, where during his time he made a short loan switch to Hampton and Richmond Borough.

Connors joins the Bees with experience of being a part of a winning team and after impressing whilst on trial with the Club, he now joins on a permanent basis.

Our new left-back is registered with the relevant authorities and is available for immediate selection ahead of our FA Cup tie with Leiston.
