BEES SIGN FORWARD KAMARA

Barnet FC are pleased to announce the signing of Ishmail Kamara, a 24-year-old forward who has played five times for Sierra Leone, on a two-year deal.
Ishmail has played football all over the world, playing in America, Thailand and Sweden, but has recently been rattling in the goals for Dulwich Hamlet.
Barnetfc.com asked the striker how he felt on signing his contract with the Bees, “I’m so happy that I’ve signed. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and I’d like to thank the technical team for giving me this opportunity.”
Head Coach Mark Robson said of the signing, “Ishmail is an extremely hungry lad that’s desperate to do well and he really impressed us whilst training. Ishmail stands in at 6ft1, he’s strong and very quick which will help compliment our team.”
The player himself has attracted interest from a number of League clubs including Stevenage, Northampton and Bournemouth but Ishmail added, “Having spent a few weeks training at these great facilities and with such a friendly squad I’m so pleased to have put pen to paper.”
“I’m bringing with me experience from playing in numerous countries and I’d like to pride myself on being a forward that links the play. We have a great bunch of guys here who are playing football the right way.
“We are working extremely hard to move out of this league position which I feel we are unlucky to be in. I will do all I can to help the team secure a safe position in the league. The fans will see that I’m a hard working striker and I can’t wait to get started.”
Director of Football, Paul Fairclough, concluded, “Ishmail is a talented young footballer who has scored goals wherever he has played. I believe he will score goals for us in League 2 and be a great success.”
On behalf of everyone at Barnet FC we wish Ishmail a great career with us.
